We will not resell any of the personal information that you supply to us when making your booking.  In certain circumstances we will need to provide third parties such as tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport companies with your information in order to ensure the smooth running of your booking.  Examples of these types of situations may include your name, address and any special or dietary needs.

Travel Junky take full responsibility for ensuring that the correct security measures are in place to protect your personal information at all times.  We may at times submit your information to credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs and immigration if required by them or as required by law.

Where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. Travel Junky will not however, pass any information onto any person who is not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we are unable to pass this information on to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we will therefore be unable to provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)

Generally tour operators will pass on your personal information to the relevant providers and they will in turn be subject to their own privacy policies.  We endeavour to deal with only the most reputable of suppliers at all times.

Credit Card Information
All your private credit or debit card information is transmitted to us via 128 bit encryption which eliminates any chances of it being intercepted and misused.  Your credit card information is not held on our system so we may in certain circumstances require this information to be resubmitted.

Third Party Data
Travel Junky will not take responsibility for any of the information that is displayed via our website by third parties such as tour operators or providers.  Please refer to the specific terms and conditions for all issues relating directly to the policies of all third parties featuring deals on our website.

A cookie is a small data file that allows Travel Junky to recognise you each time you visit our website.  Cookies do not contain any personal data and are perfectly safe.
