Zante overview

Smugglers Cove is a day trip that just has to done!

This place is generally done on a daytrip, in our case, take a coach early morning from Laganas to Zante Town, where you can pick up a boat.

The boat, then sails along the Zante Coastline, which is very scenic indeed.
When you first come to the "Blue Caves", little boats come alongside the main boat and in turn take people inside the caves.

After that the boat will continue sailing along the coast, and then turns and makes its way into Smugglers Cove,
Your first view of the cove will be with amazement - it is truly beautiful.

The seas are a mixture of all different coloured blues, as the boat makes its way closer to the cove.

Once the anchor is dropped, you can jump into the sea, and swim to shore, the waves are quite strong here, so be sure you're a strong swimmer!. Also remember the sea being SO salty, that you just float in the water!

Once on the cove, there is the shipwreck to have a look at, the chalk cliffs that surround the cove, and then just relax on the beach - or have a swim, before departing back!
There are no facilities to speak of here, but you should be able to buy drinks and snacks on board the boat.
