Welcome to BotswanaBotswana is an African success story due largely to its concentration of three of the largest diamond mining areas in the world. Because of this the country has a solid economical platform to work off and high levels of luxury are seen throughout the country unlike many of its neighbours.
Botswana is predominantly a vastness of jungle and desert with few roads helping out the explorers who embark on the adventure.
There is no shortage of things to do in Botswana and the natural environment provides ample opportunity to see wildlife and to do all those activities that one would associate with visiting the very heart of Africa. With the Okavango Delta and the Chobe River providing a plentiful supply of fresh water Botswana remains one of Africas most idyllic and treasured destinations.
